Oopsy Daisy Florist are committed to protecting your privacy.
We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully in accordance with the Isle of Man Data Protection Act 2002
(and subsequent revisions thereof). We collect information about you for two reasons: to process your order and to
provide you with the best possible service.
Information Collected
The type of information we will collect about you includes:
- your name
- your address
- your phone number
- your e-mail address
- the name and delivery address of the recepient (if applicable) in the case of deliveries.
This information is only requested when you register an account in order to make purchases, and is stored on a secure database.
If required we can supply a copy of the information that we hold about you. You are able to view and amend
your details by logging in and clicking "My Account".
We will never collect sensitive information about you other than that which is necessary to complete transactions.
Credit and Debit Cards
Payment for goods using Credit or Debit Cards is made via secure pages using PayPal.
Oopsy Daisy does not hold, or have any access to Credit or Debit Card details, or any further personal information
supplied by you to PayPal. Our only contact from PayPal is that they have received your payment.
Contacting Registerd Users
When creating an account you will receive confirmation via an automated email.
During the processing of orders we may contact you in regard to confirm the progress of the order
or with any queries that may arise. We will contact you in case of any difficulties.
Marketing calls and emails
We will not normally e-mail you in the future (except to confirm orders) unless you have given us your consent.
You are able to "OPT IN" to receive future notifications of special offers from us by selecting to "Receive future
newsletters" from within "Your Account". You can opt out again at any time.
We will not supply your personal data to any third party companies.
Purchase History
Your previous purchases may be stored on the secure database and dispalyed on pages you view when you are logged in,
this is for your benefit and is not used by us.

We may use technology to track the general patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site.
