General
We aim to deliver on the day you request. Except for the instances listed below, deliveries will usually be considered to be acceptable "at any time on that date".

Customer satisfaction is important to us, however sometimes deliveries can be affected by means beyond our control. In these instances we will endevour to contact you as soon as possible to clarify the situation if the delay is likely to extend beyond what we deem to be acceptable.

Due to their nature, these offers are subject to availability. In the event of supply difficulties, we will substitute flowers, houseplants or packaging of equal quality and value.

Standard Delivery Charges
Standard delivery to Douglas, Braddan and Onchan is Free of charge.
A nominal charge of £5.00 is made for standard deliveries elsewhere on the island.

Standard Delivery means a single or multiple flower(s), bouquet(s), plant(s), per delivery address, per transaction. Standard Deliveries are 8.00am to 8.00pm Monday to Friday and 8.00am to 5.00pm on Saturdays. Online Orders should be placed at least the day before delivery is required. Telephone orders and orders placed in person within this notice period may still be deliverable, or collected by hand subject to availablity. This will be confirmed at the time of contact.

Additional Delivery Charges
For deliveries outside the above days and times, on "Special Days" and on Public Bank Holidays, an additional charge of £3.00 applies.

Specified Delivery Dates and Times
All orders placed are for delivery "at any time". Specific windows of times may be requested on telephone orders or in person, but can not be guaranteed due to possible forces outside our control and/or during busy periods.

When ordering for "Special Days", Mothering Sunday, Easter Day, etc., please be aware that due to demand, delivery schedules are calculated in advance. Contact us by telephone or in person if you require a delivery on these days to see whether it is possible for us to make a special delivery.

Church, Civic and Social Occasions
When orders are placed for a funeral, a wedding or a social occassion, these orders will be delivered in good time, normally 1-2 hours before. If you require displays to be set up within the location, this should be discussed as part of the order request and is subject to availability of personnel, otherwise displays will be delivered to the location for you to set up. We will always try to adhere to your requested am or pm preference wherever possible but this is only a preference and is not a guarantee.

Acceptance of Delivery
Deliveries are made to the recipient named on the order. In workplaces, or where access is restricted deliveries may be left with a alternative responsible representative if the named recipient is unavailable.

We will not normally leave deliveries in unattended locations unless this is agreed with the person placing the order. We can not be held responsible for any loss or damage in such instances.

Refused or returned items where we have acted to deliver in a responsible manner will not be subject to refund.

Amending Orders
If you wish to change any aspect of a delivery once an order has been placed, please contact us by telephone on 618989 as soon as possible.
We will always ensure that the delivery is to your specifications, but please be aware that additional charges may be applicable if costs have been incurred up to the time of your contact, or if additional costs are incurred as to to amend your requirements.

Cancelations
Cancellation can only be accepted if received 48 hours before the requested delivery date or, if earlier, before any last given order date. Orders placed or cancelled on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays will be treated as having been received by us on the following working day. For practical reasons, flower bouquets, flower arrangements and houseplants are non-returnable. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please do not return any items purchased to the Oopsy Daisy shop as immediate refunds cannot be issued.

Your Guarantee
We deliver all orders between 8am and 8pm. We do endeavor to deliver before 5pm, especially in the case of birthdays, anniversaries and for deliveries to business addresses. However, we are unable to specify an exact delivery time.

Occasionally we may be unable to deliver due to non-availability of stock or unforeseen circumstances. If such a problem arises we will issue you with a refund of any payment made. This will discharge any liability for failure to deliver your order. Whilst we make every effort to deliver your goods on your specified delivery date, we cannot be held responsible if we are unable to do this due to circumstances beyond our control.

If you are not completely satisfied with your flower bouquet, flower arrangement or houseplant please call, within 24 hours of delivery on (01624) 618989.
